Oklahoma State came to NewCity with a challenge that went far beyond a simple redesign. Years of growth had left their web presence scattered across dozens of microsites, each with its own navigation, look and logic. The opportunity was to bring it all together. One digital university system that could scale, adapt, and still feel distinctly OSU.
For the past 8 years, we’ve worked to define and refresh a design system and creative framework that balances bold, energetic design with accessibility and flexibility. Strong typography, modular grids, and a confident palette anchored by OSU orange projects their unified voice and empowers departments and orgs to make it their own.
The impact was lasting. The flagship site went on to win multiple CASE awards and set the standard for the university’s broader ecosystem — a foundation now shared by dozens of OSU sites across colleges and programs.
