We provided UX and visual direction to translate that mission into an approachable digital experience. Through user research, moodboards, comps, and style guides, I established a visual system supported by custom iconography and infographics that clarified both navigation and service comprehension.
The result was a friendly, confident interface that reflected BridgeSpan’s focus on simplicity, transparency, and trust.
