Experience Lab was a user-centered digital strategy, architecture, and design agency based in Portland, Oregon. As Creative Director, I worked alongside a small, agile team led by principal and long-time collaborator Robin Stevens. Experience Lab’s tagline, Every Interaction Counts, reflected not just the usability of what we built but the care behind every design decision.
My role spanned creative direction, UX, and design, from wireframing and prototyping to branding and concept development for both client projects and the agency’s own brand and marketing efforts.
